In January/February 2022, the Radical Wellness 101 Program will run as individual Weekly Online Classes (over 6-weeks), starting 23rd January. These 90 minute classes are held via Zoom every Sunday morning, starting at 7:30am.
For the first 5 weeks, we will explore the 5 Pillars of Health and Wellbeing one-by-one, and in week 6 we will integrate them.
You can either pick pick and choose the classes you would like to attend from the 6-week program schedule, or pre-book for the full 6-week program. The choice is yours!
