Dr Arun Dhir, Surgeon, Author and Yoga teacher demonstrates Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) yoga exercise. This 12 steps exercise is hugely beneficial for joint, muscles and flexibility of soft tissue. It also activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System, which is predominately conducted from brain to body through the Vagus Nerve and counters the effects of stress. These exercises also activates the Solar Plexus that is beneficial for digestive issues and metabolism.
