The truth is that only knowledge that is APPLIED is power.

Application is the key to unlocking this force that is hidden in knowledge.

We live in a world of tremendous information. It is estimated that the amount of information that is coming at us now is so extensive that if we were to go through every bit of information, we would need a few lifetimes to assimilate and understand the same – let alone starting to apply it.

People are tired of getting more information. We need to know what is TRUE information and HOW TO APPLY IT. When it comes to health and wellness, one of the things that I have come across repeatedly is the level of ignorance and the degree of variability in the understanding of what heals us versus what hurts us.

My name is Dr Arun. I am a Gastrointestinal Surgeon, Senior Lecturer and Author of two popular books “Happy Gut Healthy Weight” and “Creating a New You”. I am also a yoga and meditation coach and I have been studying the subject of health and wellness now for over 2½ decades. After years of dabbling and studying people who have created amazing turnarounds and what can be termed as medical “miracles of healing”, I have come up with a program of applying the principles which form a common denominator of health and well-being. I break them down into 5 pillars of healing as shown below.

The program that I have created uses 5 tools that help unlock the power resting in each of these pillars without necessarily relying on more pills, supplements and tonics. The underlying basis is to recalibrate the inner forces of healing that have been thrown off balance due to decades of unfavourable lifestyle, toxins in the diet and most importantly an incoherent mind.
